• Contact Form: If you "Join the Party" via our form, we collect your Name and Email. This data is stored in a Google Sheet specifically to manage our player list. We keep this until you ask us to delete it.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how many adventurers visit our realm. This tracks your IP address and site behavior anonymously.
• Social Media: We embed a Facebook Page feed. Facebook may collect data about your visit if you are logged into their services.

2.1 Contact Form and Data Processing

By filling out the contact form on the website, you voluntarily consent to the processing of the following data:

• Name: Necessary for identification and addressing you.
• E-mail address: The essential tool for replying and maintaining contact.
• Phone number: Optional data, in case you request a telephone callback.
• Message content: Information necessary to answer the question or comment you have raised.

The data provided in the form is stored in a secure, password-protected Google Spreadsheet (Google Sheets) document. This solution allows us to efficiently organize and respond to messages.

Note: Google's servers may also be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), however, as a member of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Google ensures the protection of data.

2.3 Data Retention Period

Data received through the contact form is stored for as long as it is necessary for administration, or until you request its deletion at the Data Controller address.

Consent: Google Analytics and Facebook tracking codes are only executed if you click the "Accept" button on the cookie banner.

Contractual/Legitimate Interest: We process your contact details in order to provide the service requested by you (newsletter subscription, updates).
